该项目为河南舞钢市创业发展服务区的核心区。建设用地北靠支鼓山，南临朱兰河，远眺石漫滩水库，自然地形坡度约10%。

建设用地自城市主干道——铁山大道以北，分为三个片区。设计方案依据项目功能特点，由南向北、由低向高依次布局“服务与展示区”、“办公区”、“核心办公区”，形成由“外向”到“内向”的空间序列。设计方案较好地利用了地形坡度。结合地形，设计了多个“覆土式”停车空间。既解决了人车分流问题，又为室外空间提供了大量绿化环境。同时，在一定程度上减少了土方开挖量。建筑单体与景观环境设计简洁明快，注重与地形及自然环境的结合，高低错落的建筑群、“台地式”串联的主题广场与山水环境融为一体。

The project is the core of the Service Area of Entrepreneurship and Development in Wugang City, Henan Province. The construction site is backed by Zhigu Mountain in the north and looks at Zhulan River in the south. Looking from the site into a distance, there is Shimantang Water Reservoir; the angle of the natural slopes is approximately 10%.

The construction site is divided into three sections starting from the north of Tieshan Road, which is the thoroughfare of the city. The design of the project adapts to the functional features of the project and consists of “service and exhibition area”, “office area” and “core office area” that are laid out from the south to the north and from the lower land to the higher land, forming a spatial sequence that extends from “outward” to “inward”. The design plan makes good use of the geographical slopes and designed plenty of “earthing” parking spaces, which solves the problem of shunting human and automobile flow, provides huge green coverage, and reduces the quantity of earth to be removed to a certain extent. Design of single architectures and surrounding scenes is terse and bright, with attention paid to the fusion of landscape and natural environment. The buildings, with high ones among low ones, and the theme square that features “terrain”sequence, are adapted into the natural environment.
